Love is in the air. ALWAYS! I am an eternal & hopeless romantic. I love all things romantic and I can get really cheesy when it comes to doing something romantic for my boyfriend or friends..or myself. Why not?
As it was valentine’s Day yesterday, I decided to try out some pink desserts from Pinterest and surprise my boyfriend with a romantic indoor picnic. Me and Alex (my boyfriend) are trying to be healthy and I feel like Valentine’s Day is the first day after Christmas where one might be tempted to go ahead and eat something “naughty”. NOPE, not for us. The recipes I tried out are all on the health side 😉
I hope you guys enjoy this video and get any inspiration for a romantic surprise for someone special. <3
These were all recipes I found from Pinterest from very talented food bloggers. If you want to try any of them out, here are the links:
NOTE: Freezing times i recipes are a bit exaggerated in my opinion. My Raspberry “filling” Turned out a bit different.
Chocolate Raspberry Truffles
NOTE: Freezing times i recipes are a bit exaggerated in my opinion. Freeze Dried Raspberries are optional but not necessary.
Recipe 3: (My Fave)
Raspberry Chia Pudding
NOTE: Refrigerating times I recipes are a bit exaggerated in my opinion. 1-2 hours is enough for the chia pudding.
And lets end on something cheesy: remember that everyday is a celebration of love. For all the people around you and, of course, for YOURSELF!
LOTS of LOVE,
